Patronus: Bellatrix, being a Death Eater, has never produced a Patronus, because it was never needed. Dementors are on Lord Voldemort’s side so Bellatrix never needed to produce a Patronus.
Affiliations/Memberships: Bellatrix’s only affiliation is with Voldemort and she is one of his most dedicated Death Eaters.

Health

Eyesight: Bellatrix seems to have perfectly fine eyesight, because she does not where glasses and she seemed to read perfectly fine while she was a student at Hogwarts. Nothing seems to impair her vision.
Hearing: She seems to hear just fine. No problems have been ever been mentioned.
Left/Right/Ambi: Right.
Disabilities/Handicaps: She has no known physical disabilities, although she has many scars from the years of duels and wars she’s been involved in.
Physical Health: Her health is fine. She doesn’t do much exercise, but she is somewhat active because of the many tasks and duties she performs at Voldemort’s request.

Extrovert/Introvert: She is generally an extrovert, but can sometimes be an introvert on rare occasions.
Phobias/Fears: Bellatrix is afraid of being a failure in the eyes of the Dark Lord or her peers. She refuses to be humiliated in any way, because public humiliation is one of her worst fears. She’s deathly afraid of only a few creatures, which are phoenixes (because of their loyalty to those that are deemed “good”) and thestrals (because they are one of the few creatures she cannot control).
Mental Health: Bellatrix is not completely insane, although she is somewhat mentally unstable. She’s not psychotic, contrary to popular belief. She is perfectly cable of acting properly towards her loyal family members and Death Eaters. Her definitions of “right” and “wrong” are twisted, but in her mind, her actions are justified and completely acceptable. She’s far from crazy, but she does enjoy torturing her victims until they either die or give her what she wants. This was how she was raised, and it’s doubtful that she will ever change.

Personality

Goals/Dreams: Bellatrix dreams of loyal, pureblood wizarding families ruling both the Wizarding and Muggle worlds. She had hoped that one day the Dark Lord would be the ruler of both worlds and that she would be by his side, controlling everyone and torturing those who dared not to obey her. After the fall of the Lord Voldemort, she has made it her mission to take his place and put “good” wizards and Muggles in their place. She’s determined to finish the mission the Dark Lord started, even if it’s the last thing she ever does.
Likes: Bellatrix enjoys torturing innocent people for her own entertainment, but that fact had no effect on her. She was raised to believe that anyone bellow pureblood status should not have the right to learn magic at all, nor should they be treated like equals. She also likes to spend time with her nephew Draco, teaching him any and all of the Dark Magic she knows. She does spend some time with her sister, Narcissa, when possible.
Dislikes: She hates Severus Snape, and has never understood why Lord Voldemort trusts him. She spends as little time with him as possible, and when they are in the same room, she is usually cruel towards him. She’s not fond of Harry Potter, Albus Dumbledore, or anyone that associates with them, because of their constant determination to defeat all evil in the world, starting with her and Lord Voldemort.
First Impression: It’s very shocking to come across Bellatrix with her thick black hair and creamy white skin. She’s very tall with dark, heavily lidded eyes and thin lips. Bellatrix has inherited the Black family’s harsh features and good looks. Even though she’s quite beautiful, she looks worn from the many years she spent in St. Mungos and Azkaban.

Family

Parents: Cygnus Black and Drusella Rosier are the parents of Bellatrix.
Spouse: She married Rodolphus Lestrange sometime after she left Hogwarts, but before she joined the Death Eaters.
Children: Bellatrix does not have any children.
Siblings: She has two sisters, Narcissa Malfoy and Andromeda Tonks, but Andromeda was disowned by the Blacks when she married her Muggle husband, Ted Tonks.
Pets: She doesn’t have time to care for animals, nor would she even if she did.

Background

Occupation: Bellatrix doesn’t not have an actual occupation. She lives every hour of every day as Voldemort’s most loyal Death Eater. She does everything that he asks of her without hesitation and to the best of her abilities.
Education: She spent 7 years at Hogwarts in the Slytherin house and was an excellent student. She’s very bright, and her favorite subject at school was Defense Against the Dark Arts, even though she grew up to be an experienced Dark Witch. DADA was as close as she could get to Dark Magic while she was in school.
Home: Bellatrix lives in the Lestrange Manor with her husband Rodolphus. She’s played hostess unwillingly to other Death Eaters when asked of her by Voldemort.
Finance: Bellatrix is related (by blood and marriage) to two very rich families in the Wizarding World: the Blacks and the Lestranges. She’s never had to work, because of the great amount of money she’s inherited from the two families.
Personal History: Bellatrix was born sometime into the Black family in 1951, and was a walking, talking advertisement for their family motto, “Toujours Pur”, which means “Always Pure”. At age 11, she attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into the Slytherin house, just like the rest of the Black family (with the exception of her cousin, Sirius). She spent her time at school secretly studying the Dark Arts, although her best subject was Defense Against the Dark Arts.

Later in life, she married Rodolphus Lestrange, whom was also a pureblood, and then they both joined the Death Eaters after Voldemort first rose to power.

During the first war, Bellatrix fought faithfully alongside Voldemort, but was eventually captured and locked up in Azkaban for torturing Aurors, Frank and Alice Longbottom, into insanity using the Cruciatus Curse. She, her husband, and a group of fellow Death Eaters were sentenced to a life in Azkaban, but they escaped during Harry Potter’s fifth year (1996) at Hogwarts.

Towards the end of Harry’s fifth year (1996) at the magical school in Britain, Voldemort, Bellatrix, and a semi-large group of Death Eaters dueled, Harry, Dumbledore, and their supporters inside the Department of Mysteries at the Ministry of Magic. Bellatrix dueled her cousin, Sirius, that night and hit him with a curse that sent him toppling into the veil, which killed him almost instantly.

During Harry’s seventh year (1998) at Hogwarts, Bellatrix accused Hermione Granger, a mudblood, of breaking into her Gringotts vault in the Malfoy Mansion. She used the Cruciatus Curse more than once on Hermione, and enjoyed watching her scream and writhe in agony. In the final battle, Bellatrix dueled Molly Weasley and was eventually killed by the redheaded mother.

Four years later, Bellatrix was called from the after life to live in a town called Annwn, where the dead and the living spend time together. She wasn’t exactly happy about this arrangement, and she will not likely change her mind about the town. She does, however, like the fact that she can continue spending time with her nephew and sister.
Losses during the war: The only person Bellatrix lost in the war was Voldemort. She was killed before him though, so she hadn’t had a chance to grieve over him until she was called to Annwn almost 4 years later.

Academia and Career

Excellent/Good/Mediocre/Poor Student? Bellatrix was an excellent student, because she was a very gifted witch. What she did with her magic was usually frowned upon, but she was incredibly talented, so most teachers usually ignored her secret interest in the Dark Arts when they came across her studying it intensely.
Good at Job? She’s a dedicated Death Eater, but she’s very independent. Bellatrix doesn’t like taking orders from anyone other than Lord Voldemort. She’s often considered the Dark Lord’s most loyal follower.
Does this character's performance accurately reflect their intelligence? Yes, Bellatrix’s performance often reflects her intelligence. She’s a very bright, gifted witch.
Most talented in: She is very talented in the Dark Arts, and has perfected the three Unforgiveable Curses, along with countless other hexes, curses, and spells.
Struggles with: She always struggled with Care of Magical Creatures, because she lacked compassion for any of the creatures. She received acceptable grades in the class, but they were no where near as good as her DADA or Transfiguration grades.
Favorite class during Hogwarts years: Her favorite class was Defense Against the Dark Arts, because it was as close to the Dark Arts as she could get at Hogwarts. She often studied the Dark Arts secretly on her own time.
Favorite instructor: Bellatrix didn’t have a favorite instructor, because she did not respect authority. There were a few teachers she tolerated such as Horace Slughorn, because he was the head of her house, but other than that she didn’t get along with most teachers.
Other magical oddities/abilities: She can cast every one of the Unforgiveable Curses with ease and make them have a very powerful effect on the person that they’re directed towards.

Appearance

Weight: 130
Height: 5’10”
Eyes: Bellatrix has dark eyes, almost black, that are heavily lidded.
Hair: She has thick, black hair that can sometimes look a little out of control. When it’s tamed, it’s sleek and shiny.
Face & Complexion: She has harsh facial features and sunken in eyes. Her skin is creamy white, with no blemishes.
Build: Bellatrix is a little on the thin side, but she’s very strong and somewhat muscular.
Defining Marks: Her most defining mark is indeed the Dark Mark, which is emblazoned on her forearm. She showed it off proudly, until she got to Annwn, when she noticed that it had disappeared after the fall of the Dark Lord.
Dress Style: She used to wear black robes or dresses made of fine silk that were well taken care of. After escaping from Azkaban, she was forced to dress down, so she wears black robes and dresses made of cotton or other fabrics. Now that she’s in Annwn, she has gone back to her old ways of dressing in fine black silk and other fabric robes and dresses.
Possessions always on this person: Bellatrix never goes anywhere without her wand. It’s her most prized possession, because it’s what she uses to torture others and protect herself.
Manner of Speech: She has a harsh voice, and a strong British accent. She speaks directly and fiercely to whomever she is speaking with.
Manner of Movement: She walks around with her head held high and her shoulders back, proud to be a member of both the Black and Lestrange families. She moves quickly and can run fairly fast when needed.

Marital Status: She is married to Rodolphus Lestrange.
Ever Had sex: Bellatrix has had sexual relations on more than one occasion.
Sexual Preference: She prefers men, and only men. More particularly Voldemort himself.
Turn ons: Men that let her have control of the situation and they completely respect her wishes.

Past Relationships: Bellatrix dated on and off during the seven years she spent at Hogwarts, but she married Rodolphus at quite a young age so she hasn’t had many serious relationships outside of her current marriage.

Ever been drunk: She’s been known to go a little crazy with the alcohol when the opportunity arises.

Gotten into a fight: She’s gotten into many fights, disagreements, duels, and even wars over the years.

Been a hypocrite in the past: She is not considered to be a hypocrite at all. She’s never forbidden someone from flinging curses or anything of the sort, because she does the same herself.
Opinion on the Dark Arts: She’s a talented Dark Witch, who has a passion for the Dark Arts. She always has, as has her family. She’d rather die than stop practicing Dark Magic.
Opinion of Voldemort: Voldemort is her one true love and nothing will ever change that. She married Rodolphus very young, because it was expected of her, not because she was in love. The only many she could ever truly love is Lord Voldemort.
